High-performance daylighting with a hemispherical crystal glass Dome
Unlike many sunpipes or sun tunnels on the market, the Intura SunTube features a crystal glass dome as standard. This makes it:

- Self-cleaning and highly UV-resistant & durable

- Non-yellowing or discolouring over time
This ensures years of maximum daylight performance and daylight capture at roof level, without loss of clarity & integrity.
Easy installation for flat or pitched roofs
Installation is quick and efficient thanks to the pre-mounted roofing material on the insulated upstand (RAL 9005). Choose from:
- Bitumen, EPDM, or PVC for flat roofs
- Leadax (synthetic lead) for pitched roofs
Complete sun tunnel kit includes:
- Crystal Glass Roof Dome
- Insulated, double-walled aluminium Up-stand
- Mirror-finish tube (60 cm, adjustable / can be trimmed with tin-snips to suit application length)

What is a tubular skylight (or sunpipe)?
A tubular skylight, also known as a sunpipe, suntunnel, solatube, lightpipe or light tube, is an innovative way to bring daylight into windowless rooms using a rooftop dome and reflective tube. With only a small roof opening required, it’s ideal for hallways, bathrooms, closets, stairwells, or any space lacking natural light.
Thanks to its highly reflective rigid aluminium mirror tubing, the Intura SunTube delivers more light than traditional roof domes or skylights. The crystal glass dome stays exceptionally clean and clear, repelling algae, dirt, and resisting UV damage (unlike many plastic domes, which degrade and discolour due to UV exposure in a matter of less than 5 years in some cases!)
